Fire Burn and Cauldron Bubble:

Jolie Wilkins: Jolie is a psychic who, over the course of the book, learns what it means
to become a witch. Somewhere along the way, she learns how to reanimate the dead. She's a caring, self-conscious, real heroine with a satirical view of life. And she's head
over heels for Rand, her boss.
Physically, Jolie has shoulder-length blond hair and blue eyes.

Rand Balfour: Rand is English and a warlock who's convinced Jolie has greater powers than she supposes. Rand is a genuinely good guy or warlock, as the case may
be. While he wants nothing more than to protect and teach Jolie, he can't help his romantic feelings toward her.
Physically, Rand is tall and has dark brown hair and chocolate eyes.

Sinjin Sinclair: Sinjin is a vampire. He serves as another love interest for Jolie although
she definitely doesn't trust him. He's funny and can appear to be a good person on occasion but he's definitely out for himself. What's his agenda? Jolie would very much
like to find out.
Physically, Sinjin is tall with black hair and ice blue eyes.

Bella: Bella is also a witch and not a nice one at that. She's trying to lead the resistance
against the Lurkers, humans who destroy the creatures of the night. Bella's main goal?
To get Jolie on her side and she'll stop at nothing to see her goal to fruition.
Physically, Bella is tall with long red hair and brown eyes. Think Poison Ivy.

Christa: Christa is Jolie's best friend and confidante. She's a great friend and provides
a quirky spoil to Jolie.
Physically, Christa is tall and skinny with long dark hair and green eyes.

Pelham: Pelham is the ghost who haunts Rand's home. He also becomes one of Jolie's
friends.
Physically, Pelham is transparent. Okay, seriously, he's got curly brownish hair and brown eyes.

Trent: Trent is a werewolf who leads a large pack of weres. He becomes close with
Jolie. Physically, Trent is of medium stature with dark hair and dark eyes.

Mathilda & Gor: Mathilda and Gor are fairies who tutor Jolie in magic.

Odran: Odran is the King of the Fairies and he's a Scot. He recognizes how important
Jolie's abilities are and that she could benefit the fairies.
Physically, Odran is very tall and has long golden hair and you'll only find Odran
wearing a kilt.

Ryder & Gwynn: Ryder is a vampire and one Jolie doesn't trust. He's in charge of teaching Jolie self defense. Gwynn is half witch/ half vampire and Ryder is her
creator.
Physically, Ryder is imposing with a large, burly body. Gwynn has long platinum
hair.

Jeffrey & Anne: Jeffrey and Anne are brother and sister, both are werewolves and
part of Trent's pack.
Physically, Jeffrey and Anne have dark hair and dark eyes.

Plum: Plum is Jolie's cat.
Physically, she's orange.

To Kill A Warlock:

Dulcie O'Neil: Dulcie is a fairy and a Regulator, or someone who monitors the
creatures of the Netherworld to ensure they aren't breaking any laws.
Physically, Dulcie has long honey-colored hair with green eyes and pointy elfin ears.

Knight Vander: Knight is a detective from the Netherworld who is sent to figure out
a murder. He works with Dulcie on the case. Knight is a Loki, created from the fires
of Hades.
Physically, Knight is tall and broad with black hair and blue eyes.

Sam: Sam is Dulcie's best friend and she's also a witch. She works with Dulcie and
helps her with the murder case.
Physically, Sam is tall with short dark hair and brown eyes. Think Stepford.

Quillan: Quillan is Dulcie and Sam's boss. He's an elf and he and Dulcie have a special friendship--they both have crushes on one another.
Physically, Quillan is tallish with curly blonde hair and amber eyes.

Trey: Trey is the only other Regulator on the team. He's a hobgoblin and he's short
and fat and the perpetual thorn in Dulcie's side. He has the ability to see the future
and the past.

Bram: Bram is a vampire who runs the club No Regrets. He's got the hots for Dulcie
but Dulcie wouldn't consider dating a corpse.
Physically, Bram is very tall with dark black hair and dark eyes.

Dagan: Dagan is a demon who runs an S&M club called Payne. He's a dangerous guy
and Dulcie avoids him whenever possible.
Physically, Dagan has many tattoos, he's bald and also has many piercings.

Fabian: Fabian is a dark arts warlock who gets murdered. It's Dulcie and Knight's job
to figure out whodunnit.
